Connect Local Communities to the Global Stage: Embrace Glocalization!
Teacher Kosei Nakajima
Thank you for visiting our website. Hello, I’m Kosei Nakajima, an instructor at ALL ENGLISH.
Hailing from my hometown of Sapporo, I founded ALL ENGLISH in 2024.
The reason I started ALL ENGLISH was…
I’m passionate about helping children connect with the world through global communication, rather than just studying English as a subject. While exam preparation and academic English are important, I believe in providing children with experiences that foster growth within international communities.
My experiences as a teacher in special needs and regular classrooms have taught me the importance of allowing children to explore their interests and pursue what they love. Building on this, as an English tutor, I want to assist children in using English not just as a subject to study, but as a tool to engage with the world, discover new possibilities, and broaden their horizons.
Furthermore, my working holiday experiences have allowed me to broaden my perspective and apply my educational knowledge and experience on a global scale. Through activities as a speech therapist and event organizer, I have come to appreciate the importance of providing children with opportunities to experience different cultures and languages.
The reason I work as an English tutor is because I want to offer children experiences beyond just studying English as a subject. Leveraging my experience and knowledge, I aim to help children develop a global perspective and expand their own potential.
Moreover, I aspire to create an environment where foreign residents in Japan feel comfortable and welcome, contributing to Japan’s reputation as a hospitable and pleasant place to live.
As Japan faces an aging population and transitions into a society that embraces foreign workers, creating a Japan that is welcoming and comfortable for foreigners becomes an essential task for the future generation. The era of doing things because we’re told to is ending, and it’s up to us, and especially the children, to think for ourselves and drive change. Our mission is to challenge societal norms, spark inquiry, and build a future Japan where questioning the status quo and embracing change are encouraged and valued.
